This site was developed by Drs. Sean Kidd and Jeff Karabanow in collaboration with staff and clients of ARK Outreach in Halifax, Nova Scotia and Street Outreach Services in Toronto, Ontario. Site development was supported by a knowledge transfer grant provided by the Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council and Human Resources and Social Development Canada.
