By using our service, you're joining a community dedicated to restoring hope and dignity to those experiencing homelessness.

These terms explain how Street Connect works and what we can (and can't) do for you. We've written them in plain language because transparency matters.

Important: We're Not Emergency Services

Street Connect is an information service, not a direct emergency provider.

We connect you to local resources, but we cannot guarantee shelter availability or provide immediate emergency assistance.

2. Mission Statement

StreetConnect's purpose is providing free SMS-based resource connections to food, shelter, healthcare, and faith-based support for individuals experiencing homelessness.

3. Eligibility

  • Users must be at least 13 years old (or have guardian consent)
  • Service is currently available only in supported U.S. cities

6. Accuracy of Information

Resource data (addresses, hours, etc.) may change. StreetConnect strives for accuracy but cannot guarantee completeness or timeliness.

7. Donations

  • Donations are voluntary and processed through secure third-party platforms
  • Refunds are limited to cases of clear error

How Our Text Service Works

When you text Street Connect:

  • ✓Standard message and data rates may apply (check with your carrier)
  • ✓Text "STOP" anytime to unsubscribe
  • ✓Text "HELP" for assistance

StreetConnect, its staff, and partners are not liable for damages arising from use or inability to use the service.
