By using our service, you're joining a community dedicated to restoring hope and dignity to those experiencing homelessness.
These terms explain how Street Connect works and what we can (and can't) do for you. We've written them in plain language because transparency matters.
Street Connect provides free, SMS-based connections to essential resources:
Food & Meals
Hot meals and food pantries
Shelter
Emergency and transitional housing
Healthcare
Medical clinics and mental health
Faith & Support
Prayer and spiritual community
Street Connect is an information service, not a direct emergency provider.
We connect you to local resources, but we cannot guarantee shelter availability or provide immediate emergency assistance.
For life-threatening emergencies, always call 911
StreetConnect's purpose is providing free SMS-based resource connections to food, shelter, healthcare, and faith-based support for individuals experiencing homelessness.
Resource data (addresses, hours, etc.) may change. StreetConnect strives for accuracy but cannot guarantee completeness or timeliness.

To keep Street Connect safe and helpful for everyone, please:
Be respectful in all communications
Provide accurate information when possible
Use the service for its intended purpose
Don't send abusive, threatening, or illegal messages
Don't spam or harass others
